Finding the EPC for a London home

Enter a postcode in the GOV.UK register and choose the address; it costs nothing to view or save a certificate. Each EPC lasts 10 years, so check the date on it (how long an EPC lasts). If a home doesn't show up, the EPC register page sets out what to do.

EPC assessor London: getting a new certificate

A new EPC for a London home can be lodged only by an accredited domestic energy assessor. Here you can book an EPC, compare the prices that assessors send back, or first read about EPC costs.

Today a rented home in England must reach band E or above (landlord EPC rules).
